Google is starting a new project called ScreenWise. As a panelist, you’ll add a browser extension that will share with Google the sites you visit and how you use them. Google states that they will use this information to improve their products/services they offer everyone.
What’s in it for you? Up to $25 in gift cards! Their panel management partner, Knowledge Networks, will give you a $5 Amazon.com Gift Card code instantly when you sign up and download the Google Screenwise browser extension. Then you’ll get additional $5 Amazon.com Gift Card codes every three months for staying with it. It’s their way of saying “Thank you.”
So do would you give up your internet privacy for $25 we believe that a lot of internet users believe that there is no such thing as internet privacy and so they will quickly sign up.
